Some users prefer to group and separate projects into categories to keep the interface as uncluttered as possible.

We have 2 ways of doing this:

Pre-Fixes in Project Names

Simply putting prefixes in front of the project name is a good way to categorize your projects

eg you can put “Finance” in front of all financial related projects

Finance – accounts

Finance – money owed

Finance – Tax and official stuff

and so on

Color Coding Projects

Color coding each project makes all the contents of a project the same color in the Overview screens.

This can make it easier to visually sort your dashboard.

Question: Why don’t you allow for formal categorization of projects

Answer: We don’t want to add an extra, unnecessary layer of complexity to the app. We don’t want to confuse people when there are simple workarounds as outlined above.
