This allows you to resume a previously saved time entry without having to reopen the task.
It can be useful when you are working on something and are interrupted by a phone call, meeting or emergency task.
(As any busy professional knows, finishing one task without interruption is the exception and not the rule! )
Simply return to that time entry in the timesheet and hit the “continue” icon – see image below – and the timer will start again at the original duration and continue to count from where you left off.
(Note; it does not start counting from zero. Instead it adds the additional “continued time” to the timer. For example: If the current time is 5 minutes and you continue for 3 the total will now be 8 minutes).
You can also continue to add times direct to a completed task – whether or not it’s marked as uncomplete first.
