Problem
I can’t upload files. The app seems to freeze / crash

You are probably exceeeding the file upload limits (read here).
Problem
I can’t see a file that should be attached to a comment or alert
Solution
File attachments are not included on the emailed alerts of task comments and discusssions. (This is because it is very complex to do so with regards to the permissions system).
However you can easily see the attachments by clicking on the link in the alert that opens the task or discussion.
NOTE: Files attached to tasks DO show in the resulting email alert eg to the assigned person

File attachments are not included on the emailed alerts of tasks. However you can easily see the attachments by clicking on the link in the alert that opens the task or discussion.
NOTE: You CAN attach a file to a task created by email (see here) and send it INTO Dooster
The reason attachments don’t get emailed out FROM your Dooster – ie attached to comments, alerts, notices – is due to security concerns. We are working on this.
